Individual and Family Therapy

I specialize in working with children and families with behavior and emotional concerns, as well as adults with anxiety, depression, substance use, transition and life stress, and other concerns.  I provide services in Spanish as well.

Couples Therapy

Married couples, committed relationships, and divorce counseling are all offered with the idea of supporting a couple in healthy living and meeting their needs and goals.  Couples counseling typically entails six sessions, including an individual session, to determine concerns and goals, attempt change, and practice new strategies outside of the counseling session.  Gottman's research and other resources are used in treatment to support a healthy path moving forward.

Psychological Evaluations

Evaluations for children, adolescents and adults for ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, diagnosis of emotional disorders, Forensic evaluations for Competency to Stand Trial, Sanity, and Custody, Bariatric Surgery eligibility, Bilingual evaluations (Spanish), Psycho-sexual Risk Assessments, Police Officer evaluations, Neuropsychological testing, and more.
